My pulmonologist was using his office, has now set up in a local park to conduct free covid 19 tests for everyone! These are the kind of dedicated Doctors and medical professionals I have been blessed with. Is his name on the news? No, just the park and that it’s free!! Makes a woman proud!! Sticking to my diet was in honor of these hard working professionals!!

My back hickey was turned on Thursday! So far so good!! Walking every chance I can!!
Still 10# difference from house to doctor scale! I use the doctor scale otherwise it’s too confusing and looks like I dropped 10# overnight.

Walmart had pork chops reduced and we picked up every package and then our usual meat guy put down reduced hamburgers! Come to momma!!! Also the leaner ground beef I like for casseroles, and such!
The last 3 months meat was scarce. I had chicken tenders and some ribs , and hamburgers I had stock of but it was getting lean in my freeze, and I hate that! Now we are stocked up and I can start cooking!!
