Haven't checked in for several days (maybe a week?) I'm totally out of control right now. Eating whatever I want, whenever I want it, and the scale is NOT happy with the results. I'm approaching that ominous 220 mark (actually went over it a couple of times in the past few days, but thankfully it was under this morning). I've GOT to get back on track.

I've started the Vitamin Code vitamins plus Biotin and D3. Hair still falling out like crazy. Also, behind my ear has gotten all cracked. Funny how it took a couple of months AFTER I did the fast for the negative results to surface. Or, maybe it is because I'm making such bad choices right now? Who knows (who cares).

My husband is having his nose cancer surgery today. Please pray that it goes well and that they don't have to remove too much tissue. They specifically said to NOT bring anybody with him, as I wouldn't be able to come in and, with the type of procedure they're doing, there's no way to estimate how much time the surgery will take. So, I'm just sitting at home waiting for him to return to find out how things went. I'm guessing it will be at least 3 hours before I hear anything.

Sorry I haven't read any of my Notifications (236 of them), so I hope I haven't missed anything significant in any of your lives. If I have, please feel free to send me a personal message. Still don't feel like I'm "back" - just checking in briefly to give you an update.
