Yes!! I’ll attribute this to chasing a toddler and pushing a wheelchair this week😆. Also I made sure to make time enjoy some water park slides on vacation when I got a minute, those things have a million stairs to climb! Love it. Gotta grocery shop now that we’re back and fridge is bare. I’ve started buying Greek yogurt cups in fun flavors for dessert instead of other treats. It’s a weird balance of trying to bulk up hubby’s meals to help him get calories for strength (maintaining weight can slow down the progression of ALS), and at the same time trying to minimize cals for me. 🧐 but healthy fats are good for all of us (toddler included!), so just trying to do what I can! Life is crazy right now and it’ll only get harder, but God is good—all the time!
