Today is a hard day. Its my grandmothers birthday and tho she is no longer with us i know that she is with me in spirit. Grandma you would be so proud of how much weight i lost and how well im doing. May you continue to guide over us and lead us into the right direction. As i write this im trying to fight the tears but i can't do it. I love you so much and i miss you to the moon and back. I wish you were here with me by my side but i know you are in my heart forever and always. Happy birthday Beautiful angel
