HUGE Non-scale victory! The best so far.
I bought a little blood pressure monitor for home use and finally got up the courage to use it tonight.
My reading? 119/64.
I haven’t had a reading under about 140/94 in months - if not years!
I realize these little home units are likely only roughly accurate at best - but even allowing a 20% margin of error, that puts me at 142/76. So progress has definitely been made! 😁

It will read a bit higher in the morning apparently. Still great news though IMO! Have to go to get an Rx renewal next week. Curious as to what my Dr. will have to say, I must admit.

That’s a really great NSV! BP readings at home are often lower just because we get a little (or a lot) anxious in the doctor’s office, so it’s good to monitor at home as well. Congrats!

Interesting, my readings tend to be lower in the morning... well congrats for your normal reading! I hope your doctor decreases your med dosage.
