Hello Paintyc, welcome to Merry Mels mad world 🌎 🤣😂 firstly you are brave speaking in front vof 70 people. I done it twice once in the school Chapel a bible reading. 2nd far bigger than that . Age 12 I did a poem in a theater as big as one in London a few 100 people where watching me. So ido know how nerve racking it can be. Good luck. @Merry Mel I’ve actually done lots of public speaking but obviously not for ages because of Covid. Most of the time I speak at events that are not my peers and far more than this but this is 70 of my peers and it’s a residential conference so I’ve got to face them for the rest of the conference. I’ve never been as big as I was in June when I started again with FS …I don’t need to be slim, just able to bend down without hurting myself lol. I think losing a bit of weight will give me a wee boost. Comfort eating isn’t my problem …it’s wine intake and lack of exercise. I never seem to have time for exercise with two business to run. And I hate it too
