Water retention, muscle soreness, poor sleep late dinner=weight increase. I’ve downed two huge cups of iced coffee and it would normally exit faster than I’m able to suck it through the straw 😀 Not today. Today every fiber in my body, legs especially, are holding onto all and any liquids going down my throat. Courtesy of “Muscle Mike” and leg day yesterday where for 30 min I alternated between sled leg press and barbell back lunges. I lost count between 280-300 reps. Yes that is correct Warm up 4x20 (4 foot placements) Round 1 4x10 (4 foot placements) Round 2 increased weight, same reps Round 3, increased weights, same reps Repeat. Calves too and the barbell back lunges blah blah yeah Good times and then I asked to add one session per week, to push harder 🤦♀️
