Well, I had a pretty good weekend I must say. Saw some family, played with my new baby nephew, went out on the lake....and ate whatever I wanted! I loved it, I won't lie....I'm not even going to say that I "fell off the wagon" because I wholeheartedly jumped off and shot out the tires. I think sometimes you just need to live a little and I did. Now back to work! LOL :)

Love your upbeat attitude. You are so right about the need to "live our lives." Let's not deprive. I will think of you next weekend when I attend an important wedding reception. Now. Get back to work, Kidlet!

A little calorie boost here and there is a good thing, probably didn't need ice cream both days but hey, it was goooood!

I totally agree. I had some French fries yesterday. As long as we are here for the "long haul," I think we will be okay.

Saturday was really the only day I should be ashamed of...I stayed under my active RDI Friday and Saturday...my macros were crap but hey small victories right? Lol
