FS kept "eating" this post. Third time's the charm? My lovely study partners are very generous with the snacks - glad today is gym day! I have a feeling that I've been undereating too long so I'm going to gradually increase my intake from 1100/1200 to about 1400 and see how that goes. It's wild that I'm already feeling hungrier after only three full resistance training workouts. I'm here for it tho 🌻

Sure - and kind of! I don't care much about bulking up, I'm more just trying to work on my weirdly low metabolism so I don't have to monitor diet so closely. And muscle does that better than cardio alone.

Do you alternate how much you eat based on whether it's a rest day or strength training day? I looked up recomp and that's what came up

Oh okay, that makes sense! I do know that I've been eating too little and that's a big part of why my trendline is flattening. It sounds like recomp comes pretty naturally with my goal of adding more activity, thanks for sharing 😊 I'm hoping I don't have to start watching macros too closely (Personally, it doesn't feel sustainable to micromanage my intake to that level yannow?) but if this doesn't work I fear that's the next step 🥲 Good luck with your recomp journey!!
