I went to a get-together last night, and then had some yogurt and cherries later, even though I wasn't hungry. I am not going to try to guess by recording, so my calorie total for today is probably at least 500 calories too low. I ate more than I intended at the event, though it was mostly more salad. Three eggs in total today and cheese and yogurt, animal sources which I had been judicious with up until now. The only real starch there was was pizza. Not ideal, but I din't want to go without something dense that wasn't cheese. DDF has got me afraid of mixing fat with carbs if I don't have a lot of protein at the meal, and they like animal protein, which I am hesitant at this point to eat. They are fans of neither protein powders nor much starch, and to get enough of the protein from plant sources that they think I need means eating a lot more carb than they recommend. Oy vey.
