totally gone off rails but whatever scales say tomorrow I'll work from that again and hopefully stay on track now back in the right head space mental illness sucks sometimes

mental illness defo sucks pickled eggs, I struggle daily too, i have to be really strict with my waking/sleeping routines, eat healthy, walk outdoors& meditate every day to keep my head straight,,hope ur feeling better today 🤗❤️

Just felt for weeks my head was going to explode I comfort ate drunk more wine but that was not helping in long term

It's very easy to do, I've always had an unhealthy relationship with food. Ironically when I was younger my doctors said I was obese as I was short then I had a growth spurt to 6"7 then I was too skinny. But I digress. Anyhow I met my ex wife 14 years ago and after a 9 year relationship it ended with me going from 13 stone 5 to 19 stone 12 with severe depression since then my weights yoyo'd up and down last year I joined here and managed to get to 111.10 kilos which is the lowest I've ever been since leaving my ex and then I started getting bouts of migraines that lasted all day everyday. That was in October were now in July and I've since put back on 4 kilos and my headaches haven't gone away and I haven't been motivated to do anything.
On a positive this morning my brother is dragging me out of the house to play squash for 45 minutes. I hope you get better soon as I firmly believe your mental health is directly linked to your physical wellbeing 😊😊

Leanne....there's not enough food and not enough wine in the world to fill the gap in your soul,,I've tried!! You're obviously stronger than u think or u wouldn't have made it this far,,hope uv managed to work out what triggered you and worked through it...which I know is easier said than done...don't sit in the house alone with your thoughts, go out a good stomp, visit a friend/family and get a good catch up❤️
Simon....I say the same to you, ur stronger than u think, look at where u were and look where u are now! You're right, stress does terrible things to ur body. I was physically ill for a long time because of mental health, it took a nervous breakdown for me to start pulling myself back up. You're still having migraines&lack motivation,,feels like u still have a lot of unresolved issues about ur ex,,hurt,anger,'why?',trust,,, there's a lot of online help available..trydaylight.com ...beattheblues.com....and cognitive behaviour courses on alisoncourses.com...or download Woebot from Google Play, very helpful tool ❤️
