So on top of people thinking im wierd when I go to eat at thier house besides measuring, and scanning if possible to stay on track, they know it is working, as I have lost at least 40 lbs (started at the end of feb @278 that I remember) the point being, I try as much as I can to stay between 1500 to 1700 kcal, and sometimes splurge to 1800 to 2k on a cheat day. People think I am not eating enough being that I exercise 20 min 5 to 6 days a week every day and I take mon off sometimes sunday. But anyways they think im nuts and am draining myself of energy and im going to le lethargic. But its the opposite! I work harder, on my feet alot mord more spring in my step, and I get out of bed no problem after 8hrs of sleep? Am I doing this wrong? I mean ive been hard at it since feb, diet being 90 percent of focus, lean meats, veggies, low carbs whole grains, low starches low sugars.

No your doing great. That is how I lost 50 pounds. Listen to your body and not to your friends. They eventually sabotaged my efforts and I gained 20 pounds back. Now I have to start over again. Just stay true to yourself ,your doing great

If you feel great and it's a healthy and maintainable plan then why change it? Keep doing what you are doing especially if it works and make adjustments only when it does not. Congrats on your progress.

Your doing great. Only you know what works best for you and your body. People don't realize how much better you feel when you eat clean and exercise. :)

Thank you so much everyone, this site is very helpful and supportive, in each others struggle to better themselves. I find that very rewarding, and if I can return the favor when someone else is feeling uneasy, that would be worth A million. Thanks again.
