Good morning FS friends. We're having a good time in Santa Fe with friends. Taking it slow and enjoying our visits to a few sites, museum and capital so far. We were supposed to go see the cathedral, but it was closed (❗), so we went to eat instead. 😄 Joe had a grilled eggplant dish with couscous and I had avocado and tahini toast with hard boiled egg. Both were delicious. We both had gin cocktails. My cocktail was called Dahlia and is only served at that particular restaurant. I posted a photo of it separately from this post. Our desserts were absolutely delicious. Joe had a ricotta cheese type piece of pie (?) topped with coconut strings and cinnamon coated pistachios. I had a semolina cake, super delicious! Today is Taos Tuesday. 😊 Not sure about my weight, but I feel like I'm not overeating, so I should be okay and be able to adjust once we're home. Not sure exactly that will be. 🤷🏻‍♀️ Hope everyone is getting closer to who and where you want to be. ❤
