OK, I don't know what possessed me. I ate 3 scrambled eggs, three servings of prunes (about 15 small) and a cup of Greek yogurt, all at the same time. It never occurred to me what that combination would do. I'm doubled over in pain. I had to think back to figure out what could cause this, or I would be on my way to the emergency room (which would not be wise considering the weather right now), positive that I had appendicitis. LOL! If that IS what it is and not the food combo, I'm in trouble, 'cause I'm going to bed and try to sleep this off.

Okay, I had to laugh too. That is one explosive combo you ate today! Let me warn you about another one. Roasted jalapenos and garlic. I have a cast iron stomach, but it about killed Mr Coco!
