Be aware the full cake is 4692 calories - Look at my food dairy for May 2nd where I totted up the calories. When Claire plans on making something that looks fattening I go back in time on my diary add in the recipe contents and also record the total weight somewhere. Then if I weigh my portion so that a simple sum will tell me the calories in it. She says the flower is borage from our garden.
