First and foremost I want to say Happy 4th of July to all of you… praying you all stay safe out there and enjoy spending time with your loved ones. Yesterday was the first party of this crazy month and it wasn’t that bad! I think I did a great job by eating enough to appreciate my hard work yet at the same time rewarding myself with a bit of calories. I am now at my in-laws for the weekend since today we’re also blessed to celebrate another year with my mother in-law on her birthday (party #2) and tomorrow we celebrate my daughter’s 3rd birthday (party #3) this month is the hardest for me since we have about 15 birthdays this month and oh I know there’s gonna be lots of food! Lol this is the first weekend that I’m out of my comfort zone (home) so ima need your help!!! Any ideas suggestions and tips on how to get through these tempting times?!!!
