This week I've been up and down. Always confuses me the whys, but a pleasant surprise I ended down after the weekend. My eating was better. The gyms opened up here & started back at classes. Shocked me how much harder I work out there than at home. I'd love to change that. Did some form of exercise every day. Much better week.
