I'm not a fan of it with sweet things like fruit, but love it on a salad with some chives or loads of black pepper... 

I find cottage cheese a hit or a miss. A bit like coleslaw. If its good, its good. But if its bad it is awful. I tend to go for the expensive brands.

me neither, it's so sour ... even more than unsweetened greek yoghurt... even if you do add sugar or something sweet to it, it's still unbearable 😕 

I have fat free pineapple cottage cheese with berries. Some think it’s wrong but I love it. Z 

That could work... I saw those pineapple cottage cheeses on Aldi and Lidl.. but since I'm not fan of that cheese I left it there... Usually when they add pineapple is way too sweet, like the canned pineapple 😏 

treat it a savoury dish with fresh chopped herbs or some lime juice, crushed nuts, dried onions bits 

Thanks everyone. The fruit made it go down well surprisingly. But I ended up buying Domino's by the end of the day its like it opened a put in my stomach so definitely not a start of the day ingredient. 

I like if as savoury. Like cheese on toast. Not sweet! No!
