HOORAY! Two more weeks until you are fully vaccinated! I debated for a long time thinking about getting it before I finally decided. Lots of pros and cons. I'm all for the "let everyone decide for themselves" point of view. 

At 77, I didn't worry about the cons... just wanted to avoid getting Covid-19. Peter is 81 and prone to pneumonia. I agree that the vaccine should not be compulsory for most people, but I think it should be for people working in long-term care homes and those working with seniors and other vulnerable groups. I would also restrict people who have not been vaccinated from some means of transportation... crowded buses, subway trains, planes, unless they are masked at all times.

I view Covid vaccination similar to the flu vaccination. I agree with you Gail, it should be complusary in hospitals and care homes, or when working directly with vulenerble groups. Like the flu if a worker chooses not to have the vaccination they would have to wear masks during the worst of the season and stay home if any signs at all they may be ill. I don't get my 2nd vaccination for another month.
