So I had my body scan this morning. The difference in weight on that scale and psycho scale at home was interesting. About 5lbs. The key for me was percent body fat going down each time.
Swam and then wife and I went to brunch. Upon our return we discovered my daughter had made a special breakfast/brunch of pancakes, scrambled eggs and corn bread. She was distraught we had already eaten. So I sat down and had two helpings of her special meal. My tummy is still aching from all the food I have eaten. But she perked right up. She will be the death of my diet I have discovered. Between this and her new love of baking i am eating way too many calories and not the best ones at that!!
