Today's Waist = 34"; down 1/8"
Starting Waist = 35 3/8"
Goal Waist = 32"

Definitely could have fasted completely overnight. Stuck to my ~600k Rest Day plan instead Feel like consistency is important to getting in the end zone here.

Hot AF at the pool yesterday. First time it legitimately felt like Summer. May take Rest Day lunches at the pool for the duration.

Visibly leaner by the day. Caught glimpse of vague ab vascularity at dawn's first light. Next to the hip pointer. Both sides. While squinting. Crazy, cause I am still fat af. Can grab a super size wad of back fat and wave it around at the same time that I have visibly cut abs. I know that this is always the way, but the contrast is maddening and inspires me to obsess. Enough. Onward.

Productive weekend. Shopped and prepped up for a couple weeks. Logistics handled. Boys both worked all weekend. Worked as in will be receiving a paycheck and a 1099, so that's a most welcome win. Clear path ahead for a super productive week. And this nasty-ass waist is slowly but surely burning off. Fuck yeah!
