Well I got my computer back. My son and his wife came into town. My disabled man I take care of got a foreclosure letter and I smoked 1/2 a cigarette (and did not like it a bit)....fell off the exercise wagon except for my morning crunches and did horrible on my diet in that I sucked down diet cokes and hot fudge sundaes like crazy....and as you can see from the weigh in...it shows. But I am back on schedule now and committed to the program again...we will see what happens. Oh, I got on more box of Nicorette gum left and then its off the nicotine gum...im praying that won't have much of an effect...but at $40 a box...its time to stop the gum.
