O...k... seems like I forgot about FS for almost a full month. Well, as we can see, I managed to be good, still run 3-4 times a week. Did my first half marathon to life a couple weeks ago, was very proud of myself and today, ran 20 km on trails (which is a totally different kind of animal from jogging on pavement)! Lately, I've been trying to go easy on sweets and sugar, but not reporting it here always feels like I can have a bit of sugar. And as I don't record it, I have the feeling that sometimes, it's a little more than just a bit. So for the next couple weeks (not going insane, I know that summer vacay are just around the corner), I'll try and record as much as I can in order to have the best habits going on a few weeks off (and obviously, I'll neglect the reporting)! have a great summer FatSecreters, and keep keeping on!
