Thanks so much to my buddies and FS support people. I look forward to your comments every day and know they help me along this journey. I gained weight fairly quickly during the past week but it seems weight put on quickly is going fairly quickly as well. yeaaaa for that. Looking to find my lowest weight again soon. Life is good...so good. Also whenever I find my self thinking that the weight loss process is very difficult, I remember that I have done other things more difficult and time consuming than this. In addition, I try to notice when my thoughts take a negative turn because I want to refocus on things I do like, weight loss related or otherwise. Interacting with you my FS friends is one of the things I like. Thanks again. J :)
