Ok Fatsecret buddies, I am back. I need to start bloggin again I beleive its good for the heart, soul and mind.

Sometimes your real world friends don't know what you are going through when it comes to weight loss. :-)

So I am only 15 pounds away from my Goal, which is a big deal to me, can't wait to get there I am giving it about three more months, I will have to say the last pounds are the hardest to lose and take the most focus, who ever said it was easy......haha its not. It even can get harder emotionally towards the end, b/c my body has changed so much and in reality I am pretty small now, but still see the big me most the time. I am working on that. :-)

So I have signed up for classes to become a Personal trainer, and started my first class this week, so hopefully in 6 or 7 months I will be a fully qualified trainer, and a dang good one at it.
