Thx Diana, jen, MM2 😊 My wife usually makes the roasted carrots but she's playing "lab rat" in a sleep study at a local research hospital for the week. Would have like to share this meal with her 😐

Thx 🐻! No sleep apnea but she wakes after after 4.5 hrs ( 3 sleep cycles ); I have same issue many nights. Cats, wine, old age??? Who knows🤷‍♂️ She is interested in pure science and being a guinea pig for this study. Anywho, let me know if you want to hunt wabbit. 🐇🥕😉

"Do you happen to know what the penalty is for shooting a fricaseeing rabbit without a fricaseeing rabbit license?" 😉 That's cool she's willing to do that! I stole Mr Bear's Fitbit Versa, and I've noticed on night's when I eat acidic foods and my reflux is acting up my oxygen saturation level is low and affects my breathing. I always thought I had apnea but I see a real trend when I eat tomatoes, garlic and onions. You have to wake up through the night to make sure the vampires or cats, are really staying away! It's all very interesting! You'll have to let me know how it goes!
