Did my AM workout, 3rd day. Came home. Prepared breakfast and lunch (6ozish of chicken breast, 2 zucchinis and two mushrooms, a garlic clove - chopped, seasoned and sauteed & a liter of water - with ginger and fresh lemon juice in it). Got dressed. & If its not my imagination, today my clothes fitted better and I looked less...swollen. I'm trying not to get excited. The real evidence will be when I weigh in on Saturday.
