Hey!! My ability to comment was just allowed! Sorry, I was blocked for a bit for some reason. Thank you, dear Princess, for letting folks know! Thank you all so much for you kind support. I have been struggling to maintain these last months. First my knee stopped me running 8 months ago, some serious struggles in my family absorbed so much energy, and just lately my hand and arm was hurt so my newly obtained gym membership hasn't been very usable. I simply want to move forward doing better on lots of levels. I am so thankful for this app and the friends here who continue to support me even if all I have time for is stopping by and clicking a few hearts from time to time. I am not giving up. Onward we trudge together!! And thank you from the bottom of my heart for the help!!! One day at a time! Thank you for your faith in me!  

Melissa, you have been such a source of constant support here for so many, that I think you are simply receiving some of that back my friend. 💕

Thank you, John! I don't feel great, so I know I have work to do, but thank you so much. You have made me feel less embarrassed. I have been so sad about the stupid scale. Thank you, ccc. How my clothes feel is a good indicator too, and my smallest feel uncomfortable. I may not stress to get to my lowest weight at the moment, but some downward movement would be good.
