I threw out 5 Red Bulls this morning. Nothing will impede my weight loss. I have a strong feeling it was the Red Bulls because every fast is the same and I always drop weight. The only change I made during 2 fasts was to consume 2 sugar free Red Bulls on one fast , and 1 on another. And not only did I not lose weight, I gained 2 lbs and my ring was fitting me tight. So now that that is behind me, I hope to resume my weight loss.
Today was feast day. I've had a wonderful breakfast and dinner. Looking forward to my fast day tomorrow. I'm doing two fasts in a row before another feast day. Then I am back to intermittent fasting. I know fasting is not for everyone, but I love it. I've learned to eat less on my feast days as a result of fasting.

I love fasting too! As for Red Bull, I just bought $40 worth of the sugar free... I'm hoping it will assist with my hunger and help burn more fat when I work out... Hopefully it works for me, otherwise another $40 down the drain...

Libertino85 THAT is the one I threw away. I had both Sugar Free Red Bull and their ZERO Red Bull. I had both during my fast and I retained water, and gained 2 lbs ON A FAST. I NEVER gain on a fast, I lose. But I held the same weight then gained. Ya, I threw those right out. It was three days of confusion on my fasts because I fast every other day. And eat in between. On eat day I passed on the Red bull. I took a water tablet to release the extra water I had. I dropped 4 ounces today. Be careful with the Red Bulls, I think I learned my lesson with them. Won't have them again.

Ok. Thanks for the tip. I would think that the mega dose of caffeine would dehydrate instead of retain water. Anyway, I'll give them a try for one week to see how it works on me. Thanks

I hope that works out for you! You should probably consider fiber and protein supplements and vitamins though. And a lot of water since most of your water comes from food. I'm not sure but it seems a lot of time for the body to go without anything. I'm glad it's working though! Just be watchful of any signs of dehydration or any other problem. Keep up the good work! :)
