Good afternoon FS family. Hope everyone is enjoying your day I have a question which I’m sure I’m making more complex than necessary. In my inbox receive low carb or keto recipes live it since I like diversity but here comes my issue. Some come without nutritional counts some do. I’ve always used the diary to keep track of my counts but unfortunately i find myself at times estimating most likely over or under. Find it difficult to put in new recipe to get true count then attempted to put individually in my food diary all ingredients that were used. Tried in diary the down down box for ex: low carb chili not knowing ingredients used. Even went into Recipes hoping to locate recipe used. Nope. Count seemed high for how I made mine but didn’t have time to log individually or create in Recipes. My question is how does everyone else it ? It’s getting to the point of not logging since I need to be precise (I know OCD lol) or estimate and that to me isn’t the true story. HELP PLEASE
