Fell totally off the wagon. Going away party for my granddaughter who is leaving for Japan on Saturday for 3 yrs to meet up with husband who is serving in the marines Sounds strange to say husband since only found out privately that Tim did all the paperwork or should say they and are now paperwork wise are now married. Wow. Tim is a great guy and I’m so I’m happy for both but not what I’ve visioned. Originally my thought was they probably would get married when she got there but surprise. The government plays a lot into decision because otherwise would never have the benefits of living in housing, commissary and medical. I myself lived an army life so understand that part. Tim did everything got plane tickets housing name it he did it. He attempted to get leave but things never worked out but plans are to have formal wedding when they get back.
I’m happy and depressed at same time. 1st one to leave the nest even though have 4 in college guess surprises ahead since still have 5 ahead
