I feel you on the peanut butter. I just finally got to the point where I can eat what's in my budget and be good. I killed an entire 40oz jar in one shot over Christmas.  

Ha! Been there and done that! You showed great control leaving the kitchen 💪🏽 

What would I do without you all! You empathize and bring humor ! Thank you for taking the time to send me send a note. @ tandfr- LOL! I hadn’t thought about it in that positive light! @Gramily- thank you for being reassuring! Tomorrow really is another day! I am going to bed with 3 bottles of water at the nightstand 😂! @Hebrews- 40 ounces!! 😂😂😂 oh, man- that made me belly laugh! On a serious note, I am committed to maintaining a weight that is healthful for me and to living a healthful lifestyle. Sometimes family and onlookers think that you are to self involved, and that you don’t need to lose weigjt. What they do not see is that I am fighting to get my A1C down at least one more notch to come out of the prediabetic range. To me, that is worth putting the work in.
