I just couldn't stop eating tonight. I don't know whether it's nerves over the weather coming in or what. I don't usually have this problem any more. I'm full to the point of sick and I seem to be craving protein. Weird. Stay safe everyone. This one is supposed to impact so many of us! I don't have a flat roof, but for some reason I have visions of roof collapses. What's up with that? I really am hoping the power doesn't go off. I'm in an earth contact, so it doesn't get as cold as some, but we're supposed to be -12F tomorrow night, and that's not wind chill. OK. Enough of my nerves. I feel so silly venting. I think it's because we're still waiting for this to begin, and they just keep telling us how bad it's going to be because of the polar temperatures and the amazing wind. We aren't prepared for that kind of weather here.

Johanne, I have been doing the same thing and now that they are calling for this blizzard that will last from 6 am tomorrow until 12 noon on Wednesday, it is just getting worse. We are ready for the storm, and you know what's odd, I have had visions of the roof collapsing, too! Stay warm and safe dear friend!

Thanks Steph. What's wrong with us? I feel really silly, but I just can't get it out of my head. This is when living alone is not so good. I need someone to snuggle with. You are so lucky to have your wonderful hubby. It's the blizzard part and the extreme cold that have me worried. I've been through far worse amounts of snow. I think I must have read the "Little House" books too often. They're part of my psyche. LOL! Love you!!!

I'm in Indiana so i know how you feel, we get some of the same weather. Last time we didnt have power for a week and we not prepaird. I eat sometimes when i get get nervous too, its ok to vent. Hope you stay safe and warm. Good Day!
