So finally realized my weight gain and everything else I was going through the past month was actually Post Partum. so that was fun. We are getting it under control and the only way to go from here is up! I will continue my kick ass journey starting... now

my wife had it after our kids. well at least 3. but never got diagnosed or thought about it. it was a beast on both of us. I'm sorry. but you recognized it and have a plan. I agree. keep kicking butt.

Post partum was hard on me as well. The body goes thru alot of changes needing time to get back in normal rhythm.
