I commend your eight miles! That's two miles a day for 4 out of 7 days. I guarantee you it's a heap more than you were doing just a few short months ago. Remind yourself, these are the incremental steps that make the monumental leaps in our weight and health!

As everyone else has said, 8 miles is probably quite a bit more than you were walking a few months ago! I am at about the same for the week, as I alternate home workouts with yoga or strength training on the days I don't walk. I'm proud of myself and you should be proud of yourself too! The weight loss is a bonus :-)
