Wow! I’d love to read that cookbook. 🌺 

Have you made any recipes from it yet? What’s your fave so far? 

Just picked it up from the post office yesterday. A few years ago we visited and met Mrs. J. Of course, Joe is most likely a distant cousin of the Jaramillo family that started this restaurant and inn, on one of his great-grandmother's line. I haven't gotten to the recipes yet. I'm still reading the history section of the family, restaurant and New Mexico. Very interesting, but then I love this type of history. I will share what recipes I make when I get to it. Btw, Joe says that carrot cake is the best he's ever tasted. 😋

I bet there are some amazing recipes in there! We love to purchase dried chiles from there. 

Mesa, my MIL was the best cook I've ever known and she was New Mexican. I'm just going over the recipes and yes, they are amazing. My MIL would think they were simple, but she grew up with New Mexico cooking. The family history in the book is so interesting. 👌
