Here is something Arnold Schwarzenegger said on reddit recently about fitness. I figure we can all use his advice in some capacity.

"You need to develop the will before the body. Every move you make will come from your head. So get your head straight and don't be lazy. It doesn't take much to start. Set goals and hit them. Start slow and you'll build the will."

Arnold's methods were/are truly amazing. It's no wonder he was such a success in not only developing the best physique of all time, but also in life.

I love that quote and need to apply it to my life right now. Set goals and hit them!

There're somethings I don't agree with from him, but this quote is NOT one of them. Weight loss is TRULY a head job! At this time in my life, I am finally committed to. I cannot treat my body like a playground, but rather a temple that deserves my care and upkeep. He's right that there is no place for laziness.

gotto love Arnie the governator... Love his methods, love the things he teaches... he inspires to do great, for a lot of underachieving kids.

Sounds great !! Got to "make up your mind" you are going to do this. Every mile you walk makes you want to do another.

The 'governator' is SO funny every time I hear it (I guess it dates me a little too...just a little. My son would have no earthly idea!)
