GOOD MORNING to all of my lovely, wonderful, BEAUTIFUL, health-minded Fat Secret Peoples!

I am still struggling to get my health under control. My focus has been elsewhere. BUT I am officially ON TARGET for my Car!! I moved up another level in my business!! So Somehow I need to find a way to focus on both my health AND my business!

Old Man Scale: Okay the numbers are really scary right now. I need to find my control and find it now.


February Goals:
Ceiling: 225, Floor goal: 230 (doubt this cna happen unless it is ALL water weight) Will shift my goals at the beginning of the month.

Next Mini: back to 235

Goal by my birthday, March 15th: weigh in @ 220. (probably going to have to change this one.

Calories: 1500 - 1800
1800 - 2000 more calories used than eaten
Veggie/fruit/legume goal: 3-4 cups a day

Sat: 60 mins power yoga + 40 minutes walk)

2009 Goals - Floor: Down 65 to 177 (College Freshman weight), Mid-range: 75lbs lost to 167 (HS Weight) & Ceiling Goal: Weigh in at 150 (92 lost) Don't remember when!
