good morning FS!! today is a good day!! Last night I had a birthday party to go to and you know what's up birthday parties sugar sugar sugar! by the end of the birthday party I had decided I am stopping or a shake and I don't even care! thank God I talked myself out of it I would have felt so miserable today! sugar addiction is a real thing and after overcoming drug addiction this is actually a harder fight! I can do this thank you all for your support! With Christ all things are possible! happy hump day

Hell yeah Maria. I just listened to "the subtle art of not giving a f*ck" by Mark Manson. He talks about when making better values for yourself you trade in bad problems for better problems. Though dealing with a sugar addiction is a real struggle it is certainly a better struggle than drug addiction. Living in the light of God is how we do it. Stay strong. Trust in your higher power.

I've been on a sweets kick lately too, even though I know that when I stop eating it, I stop craving it. We can do this Maria! 💛

Man, it ain't just birthday parties. Sugar is everywhere! You just gotta push it forward and walk away like it isn't there. You got this!

Glad you were able to stop. I tell myself that 1 of something sweet like cake, cookies, etc won't hurt me but 1 turns into 5 lol... Seriously, it takes me awhile to get back to good eating so it's not worth it to me..
