kicking carbs, canned fish is your smelly friend, one serving sized canned mackerel, one serving size wild caught pink salmon pouches, and tinned kippers, no tuna, no sardines, the battle is killing the smell and opening the tin without bleeding packing juice everywhere. Keep cans with you for emergencies, for meals or snacks, scrape out the contents into a small disposable container, and the container is pretty much done after one use, unless used for the same thing, example, don't pack fruit in a container that was previously packed with fish, Hope this helps,
