Monday, mandatory overtime, probably work through lunch, exercise after work will be a good stress relief. Plan is to work on my big ball, might need something more energetic or outside depending on how warm it gets.

Back to the routine after a good weekend. Only a month of tax season left. Body is still stiff, will walk on the gazelle before work. Gym day tomorrow. Anxious for my trampoline springs to arrive but since regular mail may take a bit. They were mailed Friday not sure where from.

After working overtime you need a good night's sleep. Hope those springs come soon. Your trampoline sounds like fun!

Yea!! My springs were just mailed on Friday and were in my mailbox today. Wasn't yet expecting them. Put them on and bounced gently for about 10minutes, since I was pre-warned. Back on later for another 10. Will do some in am.instead of walking before work. Definitely into bed by 8:30 up at 4.
