You stay away from junk food by not buying it and by practicing saying “NO, Thank you anyway”. 

The way you bake all that deliciousness while maintaining and/or losing makes it pretty clear to me that you have a handle on how to resist. Great job!  

@kenna-if it were only that simple...I own a bakery business. It is around me 24/7! I mostly say no, but found my self in a vortex as of late!

@DP-thank you! I’ve been getting in to some things lately, and I’m not very proud of my self for it!!! I need shock therapy!! 😂😂. But, when I see what Diablo & Chrisw77 eat!  

We just have to workout more 🤣 

Lol, I try not to buy any junk food that I know i can't resist, which means no chocolate in this house. 😅🤣 

You have a huge amount of restraint! Awesome! Smelling bakery goods makes me feel like I'm gaining weight, don't even have to eat it. Love it ! You are doing great. 

nice work. muscle is what keeps me focused on not eating junk. i tell people at work I'm building out of brick this time not styrofoam. so a quick look in the mirror deters any cravings. so far.  

Just be stubborn and make up your mind to, but even then you have a day once in a while. 😗
