awesome!!  

Ugh. I forgot to finish my thought yesterday. For side tracked. I equated my first time back at the gym to my first date with my wife. Awkward!! What will she think. Will I look stupid. Hey there's like 3 120# females lifting more than me. I don't know where anything's at and even how it works. But after my wife ripped a huge fart on that date I relaxed. (True story on purpose and no attempt to be subtle). I hadn't been In a gym In 10 years. But I focused on me. He's the only one I need to top or compare to. Me. It got easier that week and now after 6 months it's awesome. I feel at home. Be awkward. It's ok. Your always accepted by god. Even when others reject you. Beat yourself from last week.  

And think about all the people that sit on the couch complaining about their health. We're the ones that have to make the moves. Remember change isn't change until it's changed. Just a few thoughts.
