how did you like the crispy kale? I've had it a couple of times. it's good, but not epic the way I did it.

I didn’t mean to imply Sk’s kale wasn’t epic, isn’t that just the baseline assumption? I meant that the two times I’ve made it, it was okay. Have had it in a restaurant, in the early 2020’s, before the plague, and it was good. I’m just seeking opinions. And stirring the pot.

This kale was epic for presentation but difficult to eat. My wife and I think it would be better as an "ash" crumbled over something to add texture and slight bitterness. Still fun to mess around with different techniques👍

Thx Erq❣️I think deep-fried kale is easier to eat and tastier but we rarely deep fry at home and don't own an air fryer. This was just crisped in the oven. Might try it on the grill next time. Feel free to stir my pot anytime Kat👍 not that you need any encouragement ❣️😂😂
