It just occurred to me that all this time I've been going to Curves it never entered my mind to add it to my exercise diary! I guess it's not really vitally important to do so, since ENTERING my exercise won't change my weight ~ it's the exercise itself that helps me lose! However, I think actually seeing how much (or how little) I exercise in black and white would make a difference, so I'm going to try to remember to enter when I do go. Also, seeing how often I DON'T go may cause me to do so more often. I was going pretty regularly when I first started, but with all the nasty weather this winter, I haven't gone as often as I know I should. It's time to get back to it!! And I have exercise equipment at home, which I need o start using. It's time for me to get serious about this again!!
