Okay. I KNOW this looks like a huge meal. But I did a 3 mile walk before sitting down to it and it doesn't even come to 400 calories! And there's 5 portions of veg, JUST in this meal! That's good, right?

I'm pretty sure the amount doesn't matter as long as you're within cals....It's mostly veg...and looks incredible!

It's totally irrelevant the size of the meal. It's the calories and the macronutrients that matter. If you're regularly hungry you should change your diet and find a way to remain full and hit your goals. If you're always starving you're likely eating the wrong kinds of foods or have an unrealistic target for calorie intake

Macronutrients are tracked on this app. It's what your food is made up of. Fat, protein carbohydrates. You can balance these depending on the kind of diet you're trying to follow. I try to keep a high protein diet at least 150g of pure protein per day while preventing the fats getting TOO high which they tend to based on my preferences for food. A high protein diet encourages weight loss and helps to retain/ build muscle which is important to me as I'm doing weight training at least five days a week

Yeh...I think that could be my problem...I tend not to check that bit. I know I'm carb heavy but on low cals. Think I'll switch it up! Cheers.
