A great walk outside is wonderful for your fibro body. Make sure you get some rest too. Some days I'm too dizzy to go out. Glad I have a garden and treadmill with handles to exercise my body. Beautiful scenery! Bet it smelled nice.

Cynthia, yes I rested all day yesterday. I have learned not to over do it. How nice that you have a garden to enjoy. I'm also fortunate to live in an area where it's easy to get outdoors. 🌞🌲👍

Freetime, it certainly was. ❤ I was a bit worried about our daughter making the 10 hour drive alone, only because there are sections of hwy that are dead zones for phone reception, but all went well and we had a wonderful time. 😊

Thank you LC. I really enjoy living out here and it's always an added pleasure when family comes out. My brother-in-laws are coming this weekend, so it will be another fun weekend. 😃

Thank you Augusta.❣ We love it out here. Thid lake is where we stopped one day, because my husband wanted to see if he could spot some bald eagles. I rollrd my eyes and told him he wasn't going to see any eagles. We stopped anyway and within 5 minutes we saw a pair of bald eagles fishing out on thr lake! Now whenever he wants to check out an area, I am all fot it. 🥴🤦‍♀️😁

Ches, it sure was. You would have had to wrap up a bit, it being a little on the cool side and you being clean shaved and all. 😉😊👍
