Sobre las oscilaciones de peso diarias. Arriba, mi peso real casi diario desde finales de diciembre hasta hoy, con unas grandes fluctuaciones que dificultan ver la tendencia. En el centro la media semanal, abajo la media mensual. Ahí ya se ve que sí, que he bajado de 56 kg a 55 y que la tendencia es a bajar aunque con dificultades. Estas gráficas las hace la app WomanLog, por si a alguien le interesa.
