The mental struggle with extra skin after massive weight loss is real. It’s almost 2 years ago since my tummy tuck and I have extra skin again from dropping body fat and recomping my body for the past two years. My arms have sooo much floppy skin I struggle seeing my progress. Then out of the blue I see it, all it takes is one good photo and I’m committed to continue lifting weights and becoming stronger!!! ☺️💪🏻👊🏻

I don’t even lift heavy but run a lot of reps and sets with min rest. Even when squatting we hover around 120-130lb but do 20 reps and 5 sets along with other stuff. Deadlifts 135lb but also lots of reps and sets. Muscle Mike knows what he is doing... From time to time I go heavier with less reps but I do like the feeling from “burning” out from high reps.z

You have a great ass and legs- and I remember thinking and asking you if you had skin removal on your arms because they look so toned to me. Your arms give me hope for mine but I don't think I'll get there. Sorry about your tummy but pretty exciting to know it is a little loose because you continue to kick butt! Great job, you sexy thing!

Thanks y’all. 💪🏻👊🏻😍 DP; crazy extra skin on arms. I just know how to angle myself for pics 😜 Not going for more surgeries... It is what it is. 🤷‍♀️ My 10lb surplus went to my thighs n booty once I returned to the gym, I’m not complaining... I don’t even work my legs n booty very hard lol. The mental struggle is hard as I don’t really see my body transforming any longer due to extra skin. However lifting weights controls my anxiety to quitting is never going to be an option, not interested in meds. I tried but blessed that exercise curbs my craziness 😃

If I looked as good as you do at 180, I'd be so freaking thrilled. DAYUM! Please tell me you're about 7 feet tall?? Cuz at 183 and 5'4, I look like a round ball.

You really do look fantastic. I struggle with the same thoughts. I haven’t had skin removed and I hate doing mountain climbers because the hang down flaps my quads. Gross! If you could only see yourself through other peoples eyes. Easier said than done. People (other than yourself) don’t see the skin. They see a fit healthy active beautiful woman.
