Thank you, dear sweet friends!!!! Honestly, I know my diet and exercise has not been on point for the last few weeks. Just keeping my head above water has been the goal. The kind support of my people here keeps me here... Even when I'm not doing perfectly.❤️ It was such fun to be away from home and focused on just one kiddo for a couple days. Princess, we saw a few people on the path down to the water and a few as we walked along the beach. That isn't very many in a couple hours! It is a wild life refuge so not even dogs are allowed.
